Michael brings 20+ years of business experience, most recently in the background screening industry, where he has worked for leading CRAs including Carco, Driver iQ (Cisive), TRAK-1, PeopleFacts, and Universal Background Screening. He holds PBSA/FCRA Basic and Advanced certifications. Michael has first-hand experience in the operational challenges and new revenue opportunities facing CRAs and other background screening firms.
Michael will join an already well-established team of industry experts and Account Managers with decades of background screening industry expertise, including all facets of research, compliance, record verification, automation, client services, and CRA workflow optimization.
